After the summer break, we organized the new webinar hosted by Evidence Prime, which took place on the 29th of September! This time, we focus on the exciting topic of the living practice guidelines in health care, which are increasingly being used to ensure that recommendations are responsive to rapidly emerging evidence.

On the 25th and 26th of May, 2022, Evidence Prime participated in Workshops to Support EPA's (Environmental Protection Agency) Development of Human Health Assessments, which focused on Artificial Intelligence and Open Data Practices in Chemical Hazard Assessment.

The Evidence Prime development lab in Poland was granted the status of a Research and Development Center (R&D Center) by the decision of the Minister of Economic Development and Technology of Poland on January 18th, 2022.

During the webinar, we talked about the 15 reasons why to use GRADE methodology for your guideline recommendations. We also talked about our tool - GRADEpro, which enables you to lead the process of guideline creation (and not only) while using GRADE methodology. We gave you a little sneak peek into our various features that facilitate guideline development and share our ideas for the future. We presented the new functionalities of our platform, which are coming freshly out of production.

An article about Artificial Intelligence in Evidence-Based Medicine: On the Verge of Breakthrough, describes the ecosystem of Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM), what it consists of and its current challenges. Moreover, it describes, how Artificial Intelligence can be used in the EBM, through machine learning, automation, and natural language processing, and serve as a solution to these challenges. If your guideline panel meeting was cancelled or postponed because of the current COVID-19 pandemics, you can collect feedback from your guideline panel, reach consensus, and make recommendations remotely using PanelVoice.

Group licenses comes with various usability enhancements which becomes important with regards to large projects organization does. One of the usability enhancements we added recently is an option to export to external formats (like Word, PDF, links) all the project’s content with just a few clicks.

One of the youngest products in our portfolio are customized Decision Aids, which creation guideline groups and organizations can order as an additional element of recommendation’s dissemination.

For almost 2 years PanelVoice has been modernizing the guideline development process. It allowed organizations like the WHO, European Commission or American Society of Hematology create recommendations more efficiently.

GIN-McMaster Guideline Development Checklist is a comprehensive list of topics and items outlining the practical steps to consider for developing guidelines. The Guideline Development Checklist project is a partnership between the Guidelines International Network (GIN) and McMaster University.

ROBINS-I (Risk Of Bias In Non-randomized Studies - of Interventions) is a tool used to assess a risk of bias in non-randomized studies of interventions.

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new deep integration between GRADEpro and Review Manager 5 (RevMan 5). From now on you will be able to connect your Cochrane account (Archie account) with your GRADEpro account, to share and update your review data between those tools in real time, without the need to download or swap files back and forth.

Initiative of GRADE Planet as promoting of GRADE approach in guideline development and as campaign of rational thinking in the public sphere met so friendly and favourable reception during G-I-N days in Manchester.
